    杂菜汤本来就是有什么时令蔬菜就放什么,口味不同,放什么菜没有规定。酸甜可口又营养丰富的意式风味。

    Step 1

    将番茄蒸5分钟去皮,略磨烂用。Steamed tomatoes for 5 minutes, remove skin and smashed, set aside.

    Step 2

    先煮沸谁加入丁香、肉桂叶、马铃薯、红萝卜一起煮约15分钟。In a pot, cook clove, cinnamon leaves, potatoes and carrot for 15 minutes till boil.

    Step 3

    然后加入全部材料和香菇精一起再煮5分钟,最后加入黑胡椒粉提味,趁热享用。Add in all ingredients and mushroom paste, cook for another 5 minutes. Season with some black pepper, serve hot.
