    用腌料腌鸡肉,然后沾面包糠料,并收入冰箱30分钟。Marinate chicken with marinades; dredge in the breadcrumb mixture and leave to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    在不黏锅以中火热橄榄油,放入鸡肉,每边煎3分钟左右至熟。Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Set aside.

    Step 3

    把鸡肉放在烤盘上,撒上额外Parmesan芝士茸,然后放入烤炉烤2分钟或至芝士开始溶化。Place chicken tenders on an oven proof plate, drizzle extra parmesan cheese over and grill for 2 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
