斋鸡肉春卷 Springs Rolls With Mock Chicken Meat

材料:冷冻春卷皮1包
馅料:
沙葛100克、红萝卜100克(均切细丝)、
万茂牌斋鸡肉罐头½罐(滴干切丝)、
食油1汤匙、清水½杯
调味料:
珠江桥牌高级酱青1茶匙、白糖½茶匙、
胡椒粉少许
面糊:2汤匙面粉 + 3汤匙清水
蘸酱:(混合):
辣椒酱2汤匙、番茄酱1汤匙、酸柑汁、
白糖及烤芝麻各适量
做法:
1: 起锅热油,把沙葛和红萝卜炒至软。(图2)
2: 加入调味料和清水,焖煮至菜软汁干。(图3)
3: 盛出,拌入万茂牌斋鸡肉罐头。
4: 把1片春卷皮铺在平碟,放入1汤匙的馅料,然后卷起,头尾两端以面糊封口。(图4-5)
5: 以中低火把春卷炸至金黄色酥脆即可,沾蘸酱吃。(图6-7)

Ingredients : 1 packet frozen spring roll wrappers
Filling :
100g yam bean (sengkuang), 100g carrot(julinne both), ½
canned MAKMUR Brand Mock Chicken Meat (well drained
and shredded), 1 tbsp oil, ½ cup water
Seasoning :
1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE High-grade Light Soy Sauce,
½ tsp sugar, Dash of pepper
Batter : 2 tbsp plain flour mixed with 3 tbsp water
Dipping Sauce : (Combined)
2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, some lime juice
and sugar to taste, some toasted sesame seeds
Method :
1: Heat oil in a wok. Fry yam beans and carrot for a short while. (pic 2)
2: Add seasoning and pour in water. Allow to simmer until
vegetables turn soft and gravy is rather dry. (pic 3)
3: Dish out and add MAKMUR Brand Canned Mock Chicken Meat to mix.
4: Place a piece of spring roll wrapper on a flat plate. Add a heaped table spoon of filling. Roll up popiah style and seal the opening with batter. (pic 4-5)
5: Deep-fry the spring rolls over medium low heat until golden and crispy. Serve with dipping sauce. (pic 6-7)
