无蛋橙味牛油蛋糕 Eggless Orange Butter Cake

【材料】
A: 溶解牛油125克、炼奶180克+1茶匙醋
B:普通面粉200克(筛过)、发粉1茶匙、苏打粉1⁄2茶匙,鲜橙汁125毫升、橙味香精1茶匙、1粒橙(取皮茸)
8寸圆形蛋糕盆
【做法】
1.把烤炉预热至180℃;蛋糕盆涂油。
2.把牛油与炼奶混合,搅拌1分钟。(图1-3)
3.加入面粉,发粉及苏打粉。(图4)
4.加入橙汁,橙皮茸及香精,搅拌均匀。
5.把面糊倒入蛋糕盆,放入烤炉烤30-35分钟,以竹签插入测试熟度,以不沾物为准,然后让它冷却5分钟。(图5-7)
6.把蛋糕倒扣出来待完全冷却后才切片吃。

【Ingredients】

B: 200 g plain flour(sifted), 1 tsp baking powder, 1⁄2 tsp baking soda, 125 ml fresh orange juice from 1 large orange, 1 tsp orange oil / essence,orange zest from
one orange
8” round cake pan or loaf pan
【Method】
1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Grease and dust an 8” cake tin or loaf pan.
2. In a wide bowl, add butter and condensed milk, beat for 1 minute.(pic 1-3)
3. Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda. (pic 4)
4. Add the juice, zest, orange essence or oil and mix it well.
5. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean, remove the cake from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.(pic 5-7)
6. Invert the cake on a wire rack and allow it to cool completely.(pic 8)
7. Cut into thin slices and serve with tea.
