    木耳滑蛋虾口感滑嫩,简单又好吃的清淡营养小菜。

    Step 1

    木耳切小块,蒜头剁碎和虾去壳备用。Cut black fungus into small pieces; chopped garlic; shell and devein shrimps.

    Step 2

    鸡蛋打散和调味料混合搅拌均匀备用。Beaten egg and mix will seasoning, set asice.

    Step 3

    热锅放入适量的橄榄油和蒜头爆香后,加入虾和木耳炒均匀至7分熟捞起备用。Heat some oil in wok, saute garlic till fragrant, toss in prawns and black fungus, stir well till half cook, drain and set aside.

    Step 4

    热锅后加入少许的橄榄油,将蛋液倒入炒至半熟。Heat oil in wok again, pour in egg sauce and stir fry till half cook.

    Step 5

    最后加入虾和木耳炒至均匀即可。Add in prawns and black fungus, stir fry well.
