    Step 1

    将材料放入大碗里,用同一方向拌匀至起胶,挤成约25粒小丸。Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well in the same direction until the texture become springy; and then knead into about 25 small balls.

    Step 2

    沾上干粟粉,再沾上蛋液,滚上杏仁碎,轻轻压紧。Dip balls in corn flour, then coat with egg sauce, roll with chopped almonds gently.

    Step 3

    放入滚油里,用中小火炸至金黄色和熟,即可。Deep fry in hot oil over medium-low heat until golden brown and cooked, done.
