    烧热2大匙油,爆香其余材料B,加入冬菇炒香,再加入全部材料A炒匀,加入调味料快手炒匀上碟,最后洒上核桃即成。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté the rest of ingredients B until fragrant,toss in mushroom,fry till aromatic and then follow with all other ingredients and seasoning,stir-fry until well mixed,and then sprinkle walnut on top to serve.
