    柚子蜜清甜、芝士蛋糕咸甜香滑、多重的味觉刺激,真的是令人爱不释手!

    Step 1

    将材料中的软化吉廉芝士,加入黄糖,搅拌成糊状后,加入柚子蜜,拌匀。Mixes soften cream cheese with brown sugar into batter; and then add in Yuzu honey.

    Step 2

    加入厚吉廉,继续搅拌至均匀。Add in double cream and mixes well.

    Step 3

    加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀后,加入粟米粉和低筋面粉,搅拌均匀。Add in eggs, follow with corn flour and superfine flour, mixes well.

    Step 4

    倒入铺上烤纸的芝士蛋糕模具内。Pour into mould.

    Step 5

    烤箱预热200度,烤45分钟至顶部呈焦色,取出,待凉后放入雪柜,冷藏4个小时,即可切片,享用。Bake in pre-heat oven at 200°C for 45 minutes until brownish at top; chill in fridge for 4 hours before cut into slices to serve.
