这道柠檬松脆虾名副其实酥酥脆脆勾人味蕾。鲜虾被特别调制的松脆外皮包裹着,享用时搭配柠檬酱,一口咬下咔滋咔滋,特别好滋味。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将明虾去壳留尾,挑出泥肠,洗净后抹干,加入腌虾料拌匀后置放一旁10分钟。Shelled prawns, wash and pat dry,marinated for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    松脆面糊做法:将自发面粉和水搅拌成糊状,加入以罗果子盐拌匀。Batter: Mixes batter ingredients into smooth batter, add in ENO and mix well.

    Step 3

    烧热炸油,把腌好的明虾裹上面糊,放入热油中炸至松脆,捞出沥干油。Heat up the frying oil, coat the marinated prawns with batter, fry in the hot oil until crispy, remove and drain the oil.

    Step 4

    把柠檬酱拌匀后,以中小火煮滚即可蘸着脆虾一同享用。Mix in the lemon sauce, bring to a boil over medium-low heat, and serve with the crispy shrimp.
