    Step 1

    柠檬酪做法TO PREPARE CURD : 1.将柠檬茸、蛋黄、糖及柠檬汁放入不粘锅内以低温煮至糖溶解,加入牛油。Add the zest, yolks, sugar, lemon juice into a non-stick pot and cook over low heat, adding butter.

    Step 2

    2.搅拌至汁浓稠后,迅速离火。Once curd thickens quickly remove from heat.

    Step 3

    底层做法TO PREPARE BASE : 1.将全麦饼干放入食物搅拌器内搅拌至碎。Crush the graham cookies/biscuits using a food processor or a rolling pin.

    Step 4

    2.倒入碗内加入溶解牛油拌匀至粗粒状。Transfer into a bowl and add in melted butter till everything is like a crumble.

    Step 5

    3.舀一匙的饼干碎放入杯子底部。Place in each glass a tablespoon or more of crumbles.

    Step 6

    4.倒入柠檬酪,再挤入鲜奶油。Then pour the lemon curd over and then pipe the whipped cream over.

    5.冷藏后享用。Chill and serve cold.
