    栗子烧肉是一道美味的菜肴。栗子含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和维生素,栗子可生吃、炒制、炖食等等。

    Step 1

    将瘦肉切小块,栗子拨皮,葱切段和姜切片备用。Cut lean meat in small pieces; skinned chesnut; cut spring onion in section, slices ginger, set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅放入糖炒成融化,加入姜片爆香。Heat some oil in wok, saute sugar till melted, toss in ginger and fry till fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入鸡肉和栗子炒至均匀及熟软。Add in chincken and chesnut, stir well till cooked.

    Step 4

    最后加入葱段及调味料拌炒即可。Toss in spring onion and seasoning, stir fry well.
