    Step 1

    将拌碟材料用滚水加入少许盐烫熟备用。Blanch sub-ingredients in boiling water with dash of salt until cooked.

    Step 2

    烧热油炒香冬菇、豆包,再加入所有材料和调味料,炒香后上碗扣在碟中,排上拌碟材料,煮滚芡汁淋上即成。Heat oil in wok, saute Chinese mushroom and gluten until fragrant, toss in all other ingredients and seasoning; stir-fry until aromatic, dish out in a bowl, dislodge on plate and surround with sub-ingredients, pour cooked sauce over and serve.
