    Directions

    Step 1

    先将鱼蒸熟(约8-10分钟) Steam fish for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked.

    起锅热少许油,放入所有辣酱材料,煮滚后淋上 鱼面,加少许葱花装饰即可. Heat some oil in a wok, toss in all spicy sauce ingredients, bring to boil and then pour it over the fish and garnish with some shredded spring onion

    棉兰酱做法: Method for Medan sauce 起锅热油,油热后放入研磨的材料A,爆约20分钟 至香味溢出后,转小收火,再加入材料B调味后盛出 备用。用不完可以冰冻收藏。 Heat oil in a wok, toss in ingredients A, sauté for about 20 minutes until aromatic; turn to low heat, and then add in ingredients B, adjust the taste, and dish out. Unfinished Medan sauce may keep in the freezer for future use.
