    Step 1

    把所有材料、研磨香料及调味料混合一起,然后分成15份。Combine all ingredients,grounded spices and seasoning,divide into 15 portions.

    Step 2

    把香蕉叶做成盒子,铺上1片栳叶,然后填入馅料,封口,以竹签固定。Fold steamed banana leaf into a case. line each banana leaf case with a piece of daun kaduk. spoon fish mixture onto it,fold up and secure with bamboo toothpick.

    Step 3

    大火蒸10分钟至熟即可,配白饭或面包吃。Steam at high heat for about 10 minutes or until cooked. remove, serve with rice or bread.
