    番薯的好处多多,包括抗癌和有益于心脏。番薯中还含有一种类似雌性激素的物质,对保护人体皮肤,延缓衰老有一定的作用。平日不妨多食用番薯,吃不完就拿来制作点心吧。

    Step 1

    皮料制作To prepare skin:将橙番薯蒸软压成泥,加入糯米粉、粘米粉、热水和马芝林,揉成光滑的面团。Steamed sweet potatoes and smashed it, add in glutinous rice flour, rice flour, hot water and margarine, knead into smooth dough.

    Step 2

    把粉团分割成30克小团,包入馅料搓成圆球形,放在香蕉叶上,加上黑白芝麻装饰。Divide dough into 30g each, wrap in filling and roll into round shape, put on top of banana leave, garnish with some black and white sesame seed.

    Step 3

    放入蒸笼,蒸8-10分钟即可。Steam into steamer for 8-10 minutes, done.

    Step 4

    馅料做法To prepare filling:用小火将油和糖煮至溶解。Cook oil and sugar with low heat till dissolve.

    Step 5

    加入白椰丝炒匀,再加入花生芝麻炒匀即可。Add in shredded coconut, stir well. Toss in peanut and sesame, fry well.
