    Step 1

    烧热锅加入1小匙油加入豆芽快速炒匀,盛起待用。Add 1 tsp of oil in wok, saute bean sprouts briskly, dish out set aside.

    Step 2

    再烧热1大匙油放入西芹、萝卜丝、豆包和调味料一起炒均匀,再加入青瓜和豆芽拌匀。Heat 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry celery, shredded carrot, gluten and seasoning, toss in cucumber and bean sprouts, stir well.

    Step 3

    盛起材料放入深碗,再把水晶料淋上待凉后凝固即可。Put the ingredients into a deep bowl, and then pour in agar-agar solution and let cool. and set.

    Step 4

    倒扣在碟上,以生菜拌碟,再淋上芝麻酱享用。Dislodge on serving plate, garnish with lettuce, drizzle with some sesame sauce before serve.
