    Step 1

    用电动搅拌器,把蛋白搅拌至发起. Using an electric beater, beat the egg whites until stiff.

    Step 2

    在另外一个容器内把牛奶,油,蛋 黄,糖及盐混合,搅拌至糖溶解。 iWhile the whites are beating, in a mixing bowl, combine milk, oil, egg yolks, salt & sugar with a wire whisk until sugar dissolves.

    Step 3

    慢慢筛入面粉,分几次加入蛋白拌成滑面糊。 Slowly fold in sifted flour, alternating with the stiffly beaten egg whites.(

    Step 4

    把威化煎锅涂上少许油,倒入面糊。煎至金黄色。重复步 骤至材料用尽. Grease a waffle machine and pour the batter over, cover and cook until waffles are golden. Repeat until all the batter is used up.(

    Step 5

    把威化饼放入碟子里,铺上水果,再放冰淇淋,淋上自己喜 欢的酱汁即可。 Plate the waffle, add fruits of your choice, nata-de-coco/ anything you like to it and scoop ice cream over. Drizzle with sauce of your choice and serve immediately.
