[材料]
无蛋生面2个、面筋卜15个、鲍茹菇100克、冬菇4朵、红萝卜60克、甜豆10条、包菜花100克、海带芽1小匙
[调味料]
生抽1汤匙、盐少许、胡椒粉1/4小匙、清水200克、粟米粉1小匙
[做法]
1.将全部材料清洗切小块。
2.先烧热油,把生面抓松放入油里炸香至金黄色。
3.再烧热油1汤匙,把全部材料先炒香加入调味料煮至滚后,淋上面上即可享用。
Ingredients:
2 bunch Non-egged noodle, 15 pcs gluten, 200g abalone mushroom, 4 pcs dried mushroom, 60g carrot, 10 pcs sweet peas, 100g cauliflower, 1 tsp seaweed sprout
Seasoning:
1 tbsp soy sauce, dash of salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 200g water, 1 tsp corn flour
Method:
- Cut all ingredients into small pieces.
- Heat oil in wok; loosen the noodle and sauté in wok until golden brown.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté all ingredients until fragrant, add in seasoning and bring to boil. Pour it over noodle and serve hot.
