    Step 1

    将材料A混合(蜂蜜除外),加入去骨鸡扒腌制至少30分钟. Mix ingredient A(except honey) to marinate boneless chicken chop for at least 30 minute

    Step 2

    放入烤箱,以200°C烤约25分钟。 grilled approximately @200°C for 25 minute .

    Step 3

    将材料B全部煮至浓稠。 Cook all ingredient B till gravy

    Step 4

    将材料C水煮熟透后,撒上一些盐与牛油。 Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water with some salt & butter.

    Step 5

    取出烤好的鸡排,涂一些蜂蜜在表面,再铺上煮好的材料B。 Remove chicken chop from oven, rub with some honey on surface.

    Step 6

    铺上煮好的材料B,以西兰花与萝卜拌碟,即可趁热享用。 top with ingredients B, serve hot with broccoli and carrot.
