    心得交流站 :鲜菇冲洗后,用白布吸去水份才切开,炒出来的菇才会干身爽口。

    Step 1

    将长白菇切段,鲜冬菇切厚片备用。Cut white Porcini mushrooms into blocks; cut Shitake mushroom into thick slices.

    Step 2

    烧热橄榄油和牛油,爆香姜茸,然后加入长白菇和鲜冬菇炒匀。Heat olive oil and butter in frying pan,saute chopped ginger until fragrant,and then stir in fresh mushrooms.

    Step 3

    加入调味料,大火快手炒香上碟备用。Add seasoning,stir fry briefly in high heat and dish out.

    Step 4

    法式长面包切½寸厚,排上碟,每块面包放上1小片芝士,放上适量炒香的馅料,再装饰即成。Cut baguette into ½ inch thick slices,place each with small piece of cheese slice,top with some filling and garnish with cherry tomato,done.
