    Step 1

    起锅热油,以中火把大葱炒至软身。Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add in diced onion and stir until onion turns soft.

    加入泡菜和泡菜汁,煮至滚。Add in kimchi and kimchi juice. Keep stirring until it comes to a boil.

    Step 3

    加入腊肠炒2分钟至汁开始收干。Add lap cheong and cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce is nearly dried out.
