    Step 1

    将材料A充分搅拌均匀,拍打至起胶。Mix and blend ingredients A until springy.

    Step 2

    加入研磨的材料B和调味料再充分搅拌均匀。Add in pounded ingredients B and seasoning, mixes well.

    Step 3

    把腐皮摊开,加入适量馅料放在中间卷起,重复至全部材料做完为止。Flatten bean curd skin, spread some filing on the center and roll up, repeat steps until finish.

    Step 4

    烧热8杯炸油,将泰式乌达炸至金黄色,即可捞起沥干油份,盛起切开享用。Heat up 8 cups oil, deep fry the Thai Otak roll until golden brown; drain and slice to serve.
