    Step 1

    鱼洗净后鱼身划2-3刀,抹干以腌料腌妥。Clean fish and cut 2-3 slanting slits on each side. Pat-dry and season with salt and pepper.

    Step 2

    将鱼扑上干薯粉,然后放入热油中炸至金黄色酥脆。Coat fish with tapioca flour and deep-fry fish in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Dish out and place on a serving plate.

    Step 3

    把材料B和调味料混合,然后淋在炸鱼上,再撒上材料C即可。Combine ingredients B with seasoning in a small bowl. Pour over the fish and sprinkle over with ingredients C.
