    Step 1

    将材料B炒香,加入香酥鸡炒香,再加杏鲍菇和白玉菇及其他材料A炒至松散,加入调味料炒匀即可上碟。Sauté ingredients B until fragrant,toss in crispy mock chicken meat;and then add in all mushroom and remaining ingredients A,stir-fry until loosen,season to taste.

    然后加入配料拌匀。Dish out and mixes with all sub-ingredients.

    Step 3

    享用时叶子折成斗形放入杯中,放入适量炒好的材料即成。To serve,fold betel pepper leaves into cone shape and put in glass,fiil in some cooked ingredients and serve.
