    Step 1

    炒锅中热2汤匙油,放入香茅、红咖喱 酱和黄梨汁拌炒。 In a wok, heat up 2 tbsp of oil. Put in lemongrass, red curry paste and blended pineapple paste

    Step 2

    拌炒3-4分钟直到黄梨汁稍微变干 时,再放入黄梨块煮2-3分钟。 Cook for 3-4 minutes till pineapple paste dries up a little. Add in the pineapple cubes to cook for 2-3 minutes

    Step 3

    接下来加入鱼和水,转大火继续煮。 Next, add in the fish and water to cook over high heat.

    Step 4

    一旦煮沸,加入鱼露和椰奶。 喜欢咸 一点的可以加些盐。 Once boiling add in the fish sauce and coconut milk. Sprinkle some salt if prefer to be more salty.

    Step 5

    最后加入罗勒叶、酸柑叶和红辣椒, 配以香米饭一同享用。 Lastly add in the Thai basil, lime leaf, and red chili. Served with a bowl of jasmine rice.
