    新年过完了,冰箱内还存着不少海味?不如煮这个海味冬菇煲,把喜欢吃的海味材料多放些,做法简单省时,吃得满足又开怀。

    Step 1

    热锅,用一点油爆香姜和蒜米,加入海参、花胶、冬菇、鱼鳔、蚝干,以及2汤匙料酒炒香。Heat some oil in wok, saute ginger and garlic till fragrant, add in sea cucumber, Hua Jiao, mushroom, fish maw, dried oysters and 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine. Fry until aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入全部调味料,煮到所有食材变软即可。Add in seasoning cook until all ingredients soften. Done.
