【烹饪小贴士】海带用出产自日本北海道的,浸发后海带会比较厚身有脆口感。海带最好不要浸发过久,发大即可。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将发酵豆腐切小片,拌入粘米粉,用油炸脆备用。Cut Tempeh into small slices and coat with rice flour; deep fry until crispy.

    Step 2

    海带、粉丝各自用沸水烫过,捞起沥干备用。Blanch sea kelp and glass noodles separately in boiling water,drain.

    Step 3

    拌匀3辣拌酱,再加入全部材料A拌匀,洒上炸脆发酵豆腐,即可享用。Mixes chilli sauce ingredients and toss in all ingredients A; and then top with deep fried Tempeh and serve.
