    Directions

    Step 1

    将材料A去皮切粗丝,冲洗后再浸泡冰水20分钟捞起,备用。Peel ingredients A and cut into strips; and then soak in ice water for 20 minutes, drain.

    Step 2

    海苔金沙材料拌匀备用。Mixes seaweed mixture ingredients and set aside.

    Step 3

    爆香材料B,加入材料A炒片刻,加入调味料炒匀上碟,洒上海苔金沙即成。Sauté ingredients B until fragrant, add in ingredients A and stir-fry briefly, toss in seasoning and dish out; sprinkle seaweed mixture on top and serve.
