    意大利面除了用来炒,其实拿来当伊面式的焖,也是很好吃。加入海鲜与大白菜,味道更为鲜甜。

    Step 1

    煮一锅热水,将San Remo意大利面煮3-4分钟即可,捞起备用。Put the San Remo spaghetti in boiling water cook for 3-4 minutes, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    取一小碗,将所有酱料混合均匀,备用。In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredient till well combined and set aside.

    Step 3

    热锅倒入Bertolli油,爆香姜和蒜后,放入虾和鱿鱼,拌炒1-2分钟。然后加入大白菜、萝卜,最后加水。In a wok with high heat, pour in Bertolli oil, ginger and garlic. Sauteed till fragrant, put in the prawn and squid. Cook for 1-2 minutes then add in cabbage, carrot then follow by water.

    Step 4

    水烧开后,加入San Remo意大利面、鱼丸和菜心。然后倒入预先混合好的酱料。Once the water boiling, add in San Remo spaghetti, fish ball, and choy sum. Then pour the sauce mixture in.

    Step 5

    San Remo意大利面会慢慢吸收所有酱汁,加入玉米粉水勾芡。最后面上撒上葱花即可趁热享用。San Remo spaghetti will slowly absorb all the liquid and lastly thicken with corn flour water and its ready to serve. Sprinkle of spring onion to complete the dish.
