    滑嫩可口的日式茶碗蒸,是小孩子的最爱!制作方法与中式蒸蛋类似,配料一般有香菇、白果、鱼板、鸡肉、虾等,就看你自己喜欢什么材料,一般上多使用海鲜。

    Step 1

    先把材料A泡入滚水,取出再泡入冷水。Rinse ingredients A with boiling water, remove and soak in cold water.

    Step 2

    取一蒸锅,倒入水再放上蒸架。Ready a steamer Pot fill with water up to the level and add in steaming rack.

    Step 3

    待水滚后排入杯,加入熟海鲜和蛋液后用大火蒸6分钟。When water boil, add in cups and add in cooked seafood. Pour in eggs mixture and cover to steam for 6 minutes on high heat.

    Step 4

    取出洒上鲣鱼片和青葱粒即可趁热食用。Remove and sprinkle with bonito and spring onion. Serve hot.
