干草菇、干冬菇增强人体抵抗疾病的能力,生津润肺。无花果更含有抗癌物质,此汤水可健脾助消化。
把干草菇、冬菇一起清洗干净,略烫过,盛起备用。Wash the dried straw mushrooms and dried mushrooms, slightly blanch them and set aside.
