    泡菜炒饭原本有些单调,但加入芝士,辣爽、香软、滑嫩,口感交织在唇齿间,美味极了!

    Step 1

    镬内热油,将葱花炒匀后,下香肠丁、蒜蓉、泡菜丁和粟米粒,翻炒均匀。Heat some oil in wok, saute spring onion till fragrant, add in chopped sausage,garlic,kimchi and corn kernel, stir fry well.

    Step 2

    下泡菜汁、蕃茄酱和白饭,慢炒约1分钟到颗粒分明后,继续翻炒约3分钟。盛入一个大圆碗内,备用。Add in kimchi sauce, tomato sauce and rice, stirring about 1 minute until heated through, continue stiring for about 3 minutes, done. Arrange fried rice into bowl.

    Step 3

    取个平底锅,将炒饭倒扣在锅中,并在饭顶上挖个小坑状,接着在锅的边沿倒入橄榄油、鸡蛋液和芝士碎。Inverted the rice on the pot, scoop a small pit at top centre. Pour some olive oil, egg sauce and chopped cheese surround of the rice.

    Step 4

    加热至蛋液凝固、芝士融化后,即可熄火;可倒入适量融化芝士在饭顶上呈熔岩状。Cook until egg completely set and cheese is melt, off heat. Pour some melt cheese on top of the rice to make lava flow.

    Step 5

    撒上海苔碎和熟芝麻,趁热享用。Spread with some chopped seaweed and toast sesame, serve hot.
