【烹饪小贴士】腐竹卷不可卷紧,轻轻卷起,以防腐卷中间炸不脆。

    Directions

    Step 1

    腐竹片喷水让它回软,1片剪成3片(长)备用。Spray water on bean curd skin to soften them;cut each into 3 long strips.

    Step 2

    海苔1片剪成8片,备用。Cut seaweed into 8 sheets.

    Step 3

    火龙果沾酱材料用搅拌机搅烂。Blend all dragon fruits sauce ingredients into puree.

    Step 4

    火龙果酱加入调味料拌匀,放入锅煮滚,勾芡,一滚即可盛起。Add seasoning into puree and bring to boil; thicken with starch and dish out.

    Step 5

    取一小片腐竹片卷起,用面糊封口成腐卷。Roll each bean curd sheet and seal with batter.

    Step 6

    取抹上少许面糊的海苔,贴在腐卷中间卷起,至全部腐卷做好,在阳光下晒片刻,然后用油炸至酥脆。Spread some batter over seaweed and wrap the center of bean curd rolls;and then deep fry in hot oil until crispy.

    Step 7

    享用时,沾上火龙果酱。Serve with dragon fruit sauce.
