把鸡肉和虾肉混合,然后加入咖哩粉和调味料混合均匀。Combine chicken and prawns in a mixing bowl, Add meat curry powder and seasoning to mix.
在不黏锅热油,把咖哩叶和桂皮爆香后加入大葱,炒至香。eat a non stick pan with oil. Sauté curry leaves and cinnamon stick until fragrant. Add onion. Fry till aromatic.
加入肉碎,炒至刚好熟即盛出,让它冷却。Stir in marinated chicken and prawn mixture. Fry until chicken is just cooked. Dish out and leave aside to cool.
把印度烧饼铺在砧板上,倒入2-3汤匙馅料,然后把烧饼对折成半月形。重复步骤把其他材料用尽。Place a piece of roti canai on a chopping board and add in 2-3tbsp of filling. Flip up the edge of the roti canai into a half-moon to enclose the filling. Do the same for the rest of the filling and roti canai.
在不粘锅涂少许油,加热后放入一份烧饼,淋上少许蛋液,前2-3分钟至两边成金黄色。重复步骤把其他烧饼煎好。ightly grease a non stick pan and heat for a while. Place a piece of prepared roti canai over. Pour in some beaten eggs. Fry for 2-3 minutes each side until it turns golden brown. Dish out and repeat with the rest of the roti canai. Serve at once.
