    经煎至金黄色后的鸡肉沾上了沙爹酱和香茅芳香,惹味下飯。

    Step 1

    鸡肉洗干净,抹干后切成4公分大小。Clean chicken meat and pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper.

    Step 2

    将腌料和研磨料混合,加入鸡肉拌匀,用保鲜膜盖好收入冰箱至少3小时或隔夜。Combine Marinade and Ground ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken, combine well. Cover with cling wrap and marinate in refrigerator for minimum 3 hours or overnight.

    Step 3

    取出鸡肉,室温下放置1小时才开始烹煮。Next day, allow chicken to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking.

    Step 4

    镬内热少许油, 放入鸡肉以中火煎至肉两面呈金黄色。Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan or grill pan over medium heat. Fry chicken with its marinade in 2 separate batches until golden and crusty at the sides.

    Step 5

    配搭沙爹酱、黄瓜及红葱一起享用。Serve with Kuah Sate Xpress (peanut sauce), sliced cucumber and red onions.
