【材料】
油条2条、猪肠粉4片、芝麻1汤匙(炒香)

【馅料】
肉碎80克、鱼胶50克、故椒粉、盐少许、粟粉1茶匙、蛋白1粒

【酱料】
虾膏1汤匙、滚水适量(混合)、马来盏辣椒3汤匙、葱酥油3大汤匙

【做法】
1.将油条拆开,切成小段再剪成2半备用。(图1-2)
2.把馅料混合均匀,酿入油条内,放入热油中炸香,捞起沥干油备用。(图3)
3.肠粉切成同油条宽度,卷起油条,重复做法至油条包卷完。(图4)
4.把已处理好油条卷排入蒸盘,以中火蒸3分钟,即可取出。(图5)
5.淋入酱料,并撒入芝麻便可。

【Ingredients】
2 Fritter (Yau Zha Kuai), 4 sheets Chee Cheong Fun, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

【Filling】
80g miced meat, 50g fish paste, dash of pepper & salt, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 egg white

【Sauce ingredients】
1 tbsp shrimp paste mix with some boiling water, 3 tbsp sambal belacan, 3 tbsp shallot oil

【Method】
1.Unpaired the fritter, cut into sections, and then cut halve.(pic 1-2)
2.Mixes filling ingredients and stuff into fritter, deep fried in hot oil.(pic 3)
3.Cut Chee Cheong Fun same length as fritter and roll up. Repeat steps until all done.(pic 4)
4.Place fritter roll in steamer and steam for 3 minutes, dish out.(pic 5)
5.Pour sauce over and sprinkle sesame seeds on top to serve.
