    Step 1

    煮滚适量热水,把炸鸡爪川烫5分钟,滴干。 Bring enough water to a boil in a saucepot. Put in prefried chicken feet and blanch for 5 minutes. Dish out and rinse well.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,把蒜头和香菇炒至香。 Heat sesame oil in a deep saucepot. Add garlic cloves and mushrooms. Sauté well until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入鸡爪,辣椒干及调味料。 Add chicken feet, dried chillies and seasoning.

    Step 4

    倒入清水,煮滚后转小火焖煮50-60分钟或至鸡 爪软化才熄火。 Pour in water and cook to a boil. Reduce the heat and braise for 50 – 60 minutes or until chicken feet turns soft.

    Step 5

    加入古龙焖花生,再焖5-6分钟即可。 Add GULONG Braised Peanuts to mix and braise for 5 – 6 minutes
