    Directions

    Step 1

    板豆腐洗净、抹干水分后,切成长条状,备用。After washing and wiping hard beancurd, cut into long strips and set aside.

    Step 2

    取一片海苔片,将豆腐裹上,然后拍上适量的粟米粉,备用。Take a piece of seaweed to wrap the hard beancurd, pat some corn flour and set aside.

    Step 3

    在炸锅内下适量油,将板豆腐煎至4面金黄,上碟备用。Put some oil in the wok, fry the hard beancurd until golden and serve on a plate for later use.

    Step 4

    取一汤锅,倒入照烧酱,煮至浓稠,即可离火。Take a soup pot, pour in teriyaki sauce cook until thick, then remove from heat.

    Step 5

    将酱汁淋在作法3的海苔豆腐上,趁热享用。Pour the sauce over the seaweed hard beancurd and enjoy while it's hot.
