    Step 1

    将花肉去皮,肉剁碎,皮切小块待用。把蛋敲入碗里,加入水、蒜茸和调味料打散。 Remove skin of pork belly, mince the meat and cut the skin into small pieces. Beat eggs in bowl with water, garlic and seasoning

    Step 2

    加入肉碎拌匀。 toss in minced meat.

    Step 3

    倒入深碟里,排上猪皮,放入蒸笼里,用 中蒸20-25分钟至熟。 Pour egg and meat mixture into a deep plate, top with skin and steam in medium heat for20-25 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 4

    取出,洒上青葱粒,淋上香,即可。 Dish out, sprinkle spring onion and sesame oil on top to serve.
