    Step 1

    采用Cornell电动搅拌机将材料A拌打至松。 Using CORNELL Stand Mixer, whisk ingredients A until creamy。

    Step 2

    加入材料B,慢速度拌打均匀成面团。 Add in ingredients B and slowly beat to combine.

    Step 3

    将面团分成2份,放在塑胶袋上,卷起成四方长条。收入冰箱冷藏至少1小时或隔夜。 Divide dough into 2 portions. Lay each portion onto a plastic sheet & roll up; shaping into a square block。Deep freeze the dough for minimum 1 hour or preferably overnight.

    用利刀将冷藏的饼条切割成0.5cm厚薄片。 Using a sharp knife, slice the frozen shortbread dough into 0.5cm thick slices.

    铺放在烤盘上,放入CORNELL电烤炉内烤20-25分钟至呈金黄色。 Lay onto the greased tray & bake in the pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until shortbread is light browned.

    Step 7

    取出饼,待冷后收入密封容器或温吃。 Remove from heat & leave to cool before storing or serve warm fresh from the oven.
