    玫瑰露酒酱油鸡,色泽鲜艳,每咬一口鸡肉,都会释放出淡淡的酒香甜味。玫瑰露酒是一种保健品,主要原料有鲜玫瑰花,白酒,冰糖。玫瑰露酒主要是医治胃脘痛。

    Step 1

    鸡腿洗净沥干水分备用。Wash drumstick, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    腌制鸡腿:用腌料腌鸡肉至少1个小时或以上。Marinate chicken with marinate ingredients for at least 1 hour.

    Step 3

    把所有食材倒入锅中,再加2大匙黑酱油烹煮大约15分钟。Arrange all ingredients into the pot, add 2 tbsp soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes.

    Step 4

    最后以小火慢烹5分钟至鸡腿肉软汁稠即可。Turn to low heat and cook another 5 minutes until chicken tender and sauce thicken, done.
