材料
石斑鱼1条(约800克,处理干净)、马芝琳1汤匙、
炼奶1汤匙
香料
黄姜50克、黑胡椒粒1茶匙
做法
1 把香料放入电动搅拌机搅拌至细。(图1-2)
2 加入马芝琳和炼奶,混合均匀。(图3)
3 在鱼身上涂少许盐,然后铺满香料,以香蕉叶包裹。(图4-6)
4 放入预热至220℃的烤炉里烤15分钟至熟即可。(图7)

INGREDIENTS
800 g garoupa (gutted & cleaned), 1 heaped tbsp
margarine, 1 heaped tbsp condensed milk
SPICE INGREDIENTS
50 g fresh turmeric, 1 tsp black peppercorns
METHOD
1 Blend spices in blender until fine. (pic 1-2)
2 Add the condensed milk & margarine, blend well.(pic 3)
3 Add some salt to the cleaned fish, then pour theground spice paste over. Wrap with banana leaf.(pic 4-6)
4 Bake fish for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220℃ or until fish is cooked. (pic 7)
