    Step 1

    准备镬倒入淋汁料煮滚,将鸡淋上几次醋料。Boil grazing ingredients and use it to shower chicken a few times.

    Step 2

    将腌料抹进鸡肚内,吊起大约4小时,让鸡皮吹干。Rub chicken cavity with marinades ingredients and then hang in to dry in the air for 4 hours.

    Step 3

    烧热6杯炸油,将腌好的鸡炸至金黄色或至熟。捞起沥干油份,待冷砍块即可享用。Heat 6 cups of oil in wok,deep fry the chicken until golden brown; drain. Cut into pieces to serve after cooling down.
