    喜欢吃炸得香脆、咬起来卡滋卡滋作响的米饼,其实也能在家制作,一点都不难,还能加入蔓越莓、黑芝麻和腰豆来丰富口感。

    Step 1

    首先将煮熟的Jasmine Sunwhite新阳上等香米铺在烤盘上,放入预热的烤箱,以100ºC烘烤长达1个半小时备用。Bake the Jasmine Sunwhite cooked rice in oven@100ºC for one hour.

    Step 2

    将烘干的米饭放入热油炸至金黄色,捞起滴干油备用。Deep fried the rice in hot oil till crispy, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    接着就可以将脆米、腰豆、黑芝麻和蔓越莓倒入大碗内,加入炸米拌均匀。In a big bowl, mix crispy rice, cashew nut,black sesame and cranberries together, set aside.

    Step 4

    在镬内倒入麦芽糖和白糖,加热煮至糖完全溶解,便可以淋入脆米混合料内,快速搅拌至均匀。In a wok, cook maltose together with sugar until sugar dissolve completely. Pour the maltose mixture into rice mixture, mix well.

    Step 5

    将米饼混合料倒入烤盘里,压实,放在室温冷却一个小时。Pour the rice mixture into tray, press tight and keep under room temperature for 1 hour.

    Step 6

    最后切至长方形即可享用。Slice into small rectangle pieces before serve.
