【烹饪小贴士】炒白椰丝不可以用大火,最好用小火炒至香和金黄色。

    Directions

    Step 1

    鸡腿加入腌料拌匀,用保鲜纸包好,放入冰箱腌隔夜。Marinate chicken meat with condiments in plastic bag and keep in fridge overnight.

    Step 2

    材料B放进镬里煮5分钟,备用。Boil ingredients B for 5 minutes and set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热5汤匙油爆香摏烂香料,加入腌好的鸡肉,再倒回煮好的材料B和调味料,煮至汁浓及鸡熟。Heat 5 tbsp oil in wok,sauté grounded spices until aromatic; toss in marinated chicken meat,cooked ingredients B and seasoning;boil until gravy reduced and meat is cook through.

    Step 4

    最后加入浓椰浆煮滚,试味,即可上桌享用。Pour in thick coconut milk and bring to quick boil,adjust taste and dish out.
