    Step 1

    用盐和胡椒粉腌鱼块。Rub salt and pepper over the fish slices.

    Step 2

    撒上少许生粉,然后炸至金黄色,滴干。Sprinkle slightly with tapioca flour and deep-fry fish until golden brown. Dish out and put aside.

    Step 3

    热3汤匙油,把大葱炒至软身,然后加入研磨香料炒至香。Heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté onion and lemon grass until softened. Add in blended spices and fry till fragrant.

    Step 4

    盛出,淋在炸鱼块上,撒入装饰料即可上桌。Dish out and sprinkle over deep fried fish,garnish with bunga kiantan and corriander leaves.
