    番茄酱通心粉酸酸甜甜的味道、顿时就被勾起了食欲。意大利通心粉有两百多种,营养价值高。

    Step 1

    将水烧至沸腾,加入少去橄榄油和盐。Boil a pot of water with some olive oil and salt.

    Step 2

    将通心粉倒入沸水中煮至6成熟,捞起备用。Add in macaroni and boil until 60% cooked; drain.

    Step 3

    冷锅加入橄榄油和蒜,小火炒出香后加入切好的洋葱。Heat olive oil and garlic in wok, and then sauté until fragrant.

    Step 4

    把洋葱炒熟,把洋葱的甜味逼出。Add in onion and sauté until cook through.

    Step 5

    加入蕃茄翻炒。倒入番茄酱和水, 比例1:1。Toss in tomato and then add in tomato paste and water at ration of 1:1.

    Step 6

    加入切好的蘑菇,大火烧开后,调至小火关盖焖10分钟。Add in mushroom and bring to quick boil, then cover with lid and simmer in low heat for 10 minutes.

    Step 7

    要食用前倒入杯用的通心粉,煮至通心粉熟透后即可盛盘食用。Add in macaroni and simmer until cook through, ready to serve.
