    马来平民糕点达兰糕(Kuih Talam)有着不同的内馅搭配,有的人喜欢经典款——香兰达兰糕,也就是上层是白色的椰奶,带少许椰奶咸香。下层绿色带甜,有着香兰香气,由于有添加少许碱水,所以口感带Q弹。更多的变化做法包括紫薯口味、或者这道橙色番薯口味,不但好吃,卖相也很吸引。

    Step 1

    番薯去皮切片蒸熟,取出放入果汁机内加水搅拌成泥。Peel sweet potato and slice, steam over high heat till cooked and tender. Add in water and blend until finely.

    Step 2

    把白糖、浓椰浆和(B)料一起加入混合均匀,过滤,倒入9寸已抹油蒸盘,以中火蒸25分钟至熟。Combine sugar, thick coconut and ingredient (B) sieve well and pour into 9" in greased steam tray. Cover and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes.

    Step 3

    把(C)面层材料混合均匀,过滤倒入做法(2)的面层上,继续中火蒸25分钟至熟。Combine ingredients(C) and sieve. Pour batter on top of the bottom layer, continue steam wirh medium heat for further 25 minutes till cooked.

    Step 4

    取出,待冷却后用塑胶刀切出即可。Remove, leave to cool, slicing it with a plastic knife.
