    Step 1

    将小葱头和蒜椿成茸,加入指天椒和峇拉煎,继续椿碎。Pounded the shallot and garlic, add in bird eye chillies and belacan continue pounded to a paste, set aside.

    Step 2

    将鱼肉椿成碎。Pounded the fish meat to a paste also.

    Step 3

    热油,爆香葱蒜香料3-4分钟至香。Heat oil in frying pan, add in the shallot-garlic paste. Saute the paste until aromatic, about 3-4 mins.

    Step 4

    加入鱼肉,炒约30秒后加入长豆,继续炒至香。Add in fish meat, continue fry for 30 second , add in long bean and continue to cook.

    Step 5

    加入白饭,转中火继续拌炒约15-20分钟。以少许盐调味。Add in rice, reduce the heat to low. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Add some salt to taste.

    Step 6

    将饭排碟,伴以沙拉及鱼饼一起享用。Dish up onto your serving plate. Serve with salad and keropok ikan.
