    三文鱼含丰富的蛋白质、多种维生素,还含有磷酸盐、钙质及维生素A、维生素D。

    Step 1

    用橄榄油起锅,将三文鱼两面煎7分钟至香,捞起备用。Pan fried Salmon with olive oil till slight brownish ( about 7 min), leave aside.

    Step 2

    镬内热牛油爆香蒜茸,加入樱桃番茄炒至软。Heat up butter and garlic, add cherry tomatoes, stir fried till soft.

    Step 3

    加入小菠菜及少许盐,再加入淡奶油,九层塔碎及洋芫荽碎,小火焖煮2分钟。Add in Spinach and a pinch of salt, stir in heavy cream, parsley and basil leaves, simmer with low heat for 2 mins.

    Step 4

    加入三文鱼,继续煮约5分钟。Add in salmon fillets, cook for another 5 mins.

    Step 5

    吃时滴上柠檬汁。Serve warm with few fresh lemon drops.
